“Make my sh*t work” was a cry for help from the CEO of a multi-brand restaurant group.

They wanted clarity, they wanted to know marketing was ‘handled’ and they needed to trust all the money going into marketing tech was worth it.  Mostly, they needed sales to start growing again.
